The kitesurf legacy begins by scaling up your browser window!
WeTransfer connects the global creative community. Since 2009 we have made file-sharing super-simple to help you get in, and stay in, your creative flow.
We also use our background wallpapers to showcase creative talent from all around the world, and we support one-off projects like Chapter One too.
So WeTransfer is all about sharing and discovering the new. That’s why we are excited to present the world’s first feature-length kiteboarding film. We are excited to introduce this young, high-energy sport to the world and in Eyeforce we found the perfect partners with whom we could make that happen.
Mystic believes kiteboarding is not just a hobby, it’s a way of life. When we first heard of the plan to shoot Chapter One, we knew we had to be partner in this journey and help push the sport. To be able to contribute to the sport with sponsoring this great movie has been a no brainer for us. The team at Eyeforce is a group of talented film makers and we want to thank them for creating this master piece.
In the film our team riders are Jalou Langeree, Bruna Kajiya ,(Youri Zoon ex rider but was still under contract when the film was shot) and Ruben Lenten. The Mystic riders are at the top of their game and therefore it’s no surprise that they are part of this epic movie.
Mystic is proud sponsor of this already legendary movie and is anxious to find out where the sport will go after this.
O'Neill, the original California surf, snow and lifestyle brand, was founded in 1952 when a young man named Jack O'Neill took his unstoppable passion for surfing and used it to battle Mother Nature. Jack's initial vision of producing functional and innovative board riding products continues to lie at the core of everything the company does. From the first neoprene surf wetsuit and board leash to the world's first stitchless board shorts, O'Neill will always be committed to growing its reputation as one of the world's leading youth lifestyle brands based on being the First Name in the water. O’Neill has always been pushing the boundaries of watersports and is proud to be supporting Kevin Langeree and Chapter One.
Eyeforce was founded in 2009 when Arthur Neumeier and Bob van de Gronde decided to turn a mutual love for film and kitesurfing in to a business partnership. Their goal from the start: to make epic extreme sports movies, about extraordinary people doing extraordinary things.
This ambition resonated with athletes like Youri Zoon, Ruben Lenten, Robby Naish and Jalou Langeree, who have featured in numerous Eyeforce productions. Now, seven years later, what started as two young filmmakers making a number of well-received kitesurf movies has become a high-end video production company that continues to strive for excellence every day. They have added sports like ice climbing, skateboarding, free diving and many more to its portfolio, branching out to commercials, TV-productions and documentaries, while working with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. What never changes is the ambition: visually and technically taking action sport films to the next level.
Two years ago Eyeforce started dreaming about a film that would make a mark in kiteboarding history. Driven by their dedication to passion projects and the desire to put kitesurfing on the map for a worldwide audience, the movie project ‘Chapter One’ was born.
Chapter One was made with the boundless energy of an amazing group of people and filmed on some of the most beautiful places on earth. And now it’s here for all to see. We think you will enjoy watching it as much as they did making it.
Born05 is an award winning creative agency that designs meaningful relationships between brands and people. We signed up for the concept and design of the Chapter One site and built it with our friends from Superhero Cheesecake.
